General conditions for sale and use
These General Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products offered on the website www.dontpanicgames.com.
Between DON’T PANIC GAMES SAS (The Company), 12 rue de la Folie-Regnault, 75011 PARIS, FRANCE, with a share capital of € 43,300, registered with the Register of Commerce and Companies of PARIS under number SIRET 799 549 746 00029 and represented by Mr. Cédric Littardi as chairman, duly authorized for the purposes hereof, Author of the order (the Buyer).

Article 1: Sales
All orders are made exclusively between Don’t Panic Games SAS and the ordering party, in the context of a commercial relationship. The General Terms and Conditions applied below protect Don’t Panic Games SAS and the Customer against any claim or complaint. Any request which is not in conformity with the General Conditions of Sale cannot be accepted without written agreement of our part.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website: https://www.dontpanicgames.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the “website”).
Don’t Panic Games SAS have the right at any time to change the General Terms and Conditions, subject to making these changes appear on the Site.
Article 2 : Purchase procedure
2.1. Purchase
Don’t Panic Games SAS undertake to accept a purchase within the framework of the General Conditions expressed herein. All orders can be processed within the availability of products in stock or with suppliers. Purchase over the Internet is reserved for particulars and individuals as part of the normal needs of a household. In the event that a delivery within 30 days of the order is not possible, specifically due to a shortage in the product, the Customer would then be informed of the reason of the shortage, or given a date for possible delivery beyond 30 days after the order. The Customer may choose to accept the delivery of the product beyond the 30 days following its order, or to request a refund, or to replace the purchase with another item of an equal or inferior price. In the absence of a response from the Customer within 30 days of the shortage warning, an asset * (refundable upon request) will be automatically assigned. Refunds are made by transfer to your account within 5 days.
* Please note that the assets are indivisible, the use of an asset greater than the total amount of the order entails the loss of the balance.
2.2. Shipping price
Shipping costs are indicated at the time of purchase, before payment.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is made to the address you specified on the purchase order. Addresses of postal type (postal boxes, armies …) will not be taken into account, and the order will not be validated. The time of delivery mentioned on the web site are indicative and based on the official deadlines announced by the service providers (the Post office, Chronopost …). It is possible for reasons beyond our control that sometimes they are slow (strike, bad weather …). In addition, these delays can be occasionally lengthened in case of the malfunction in our suppliers’ deliveries or a temporary shortage of the product (reprinted, damaged delivery, delayed delivery, delivery error …).
The payment methods accepted by Don’t Panic Games SAS are the following: PayPal and Bank Carts.
Additional conditions may appear on the website from time to time.
The debit on the bank cards is carried out when the order is validated. However, any order waiting processing has the possibility to be canceled, upon request by contacting us via the “Contact” section on the website, or by contacting us by email ([email protected]).
Article 3 : Prices
The prices quoted by Don’t Panic Games SAS are indicated excluding shipping price, in Euros and include the VAT in force. The company has the right to change the price of any product on sale without prior notice. In the event of a price change on a purchase being processed, the price applied to the Customer will be the price that was displayed at the time of purchase.
However, in more important cases such as obvious typing errors, or any change decided by the publisher during pre-orders, and knowing that we cannot legally sell at a loss, we have the right to cancel a sale.
Article 4 : Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is made to the address you specified on the purchase receipt. Addresses of postal type (Post boxes, Armies …) will not be taken into account, and the purchase will not be validated. The delivery times given are only indicative and do not in any way commit Don’t Panic Games SAS to a dateline.
In case of non receipt of your purchase, a period of 30 days from the date of delivery, and notified by email to the address indicated during your purchase, is retained for the report to Don’t Panic Games SAS. Beyond this period of 30 days, no complaint for non-receipt of purchase will be accepted by Don’t Panic Games SAS.
Article 5 : Satisfied or refunded
In accordance with articles L.120-20 of the French Consumer Code, you are entitled to a period of fourteen (14) work days from receipt of your purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal without having neither to justify any reasons nor to pay Penalties with the exception, where applicable, of the return costs.
The 14-day period starts from the date of receipt of the items, from which the Customer will have fourteen (14) days to notify Don’t Panic Games SAS by email [email protected], his intention to return one or more products. The Customer has 14 days to return his item from the day he indicates that he wishes to withdraw from the transaction. Any return of purchase must be accompanied by a return receipt issued by the website team on simple request by email or telephone. This return receipt must be duly completed and attached to the redirected package. In case you cannot print the return receipt, you must report the purchase order reference on the package in a visible and legible manner. No returned product will be refunded if the Customer has not followed this procedure. Only the return of the product is at the Customer’s expense.
At the end of the 14 days after delivery, the products are considered as accepted and conform to the order.
You can exercise this right on all items purchased. However, plastic items that have been unpacked cannot be returned or exchanged.
Upon receipt of the returned product (s), refund will be made within 14 days. In the event of non-receipt of the product (s) returned by Don’t Panic Games SAS, Customer will be refunded within 14 days of reception of proof of return of the item(s) by Don’t Panic Games SAS. The refund will be made according to the same terms as the payment of the Customer.
Article 6: After sales service
All items sold are guaranteed by the publisher. However, in the case of a defective article, we undertake to proceed to its exchange or reimbursement free of charge in the following cases:
- Defective or hidden problems
- Packaging error
The shipping costs incurred by the Customer cannot be refunded; a credit will be made on the basis of a simple shipment.
Any return will have to respect the following conditions:
- Be notified to the website team by e-mail ([email protected]), which will be responsible for issuing the Return Permit,
- Enclose the completed return form with the returned parcel,
- Indicate reference of the purchase in question visibly on the package,
- And send the returned parcel to the following address:

The illustrations on the website were given to us by the copyright owners, manufacturer and wholesalers or distributor of the latter, we have not altered or modified them, they are therefore conform to the finished products sold on the web site.
Any content presented on the web site cannot be duplicated and / or reused without explicit agreement from Don’t Panic Games SAS.
